A year ago, ArtsChange started it’s first Youth Advisory Board, the RYAT Squad (Richmond Youth Art Activist Training Squad), a cohort of young artists who will coordinate youth-led projects for ArtsChange. RYAT squad members are responsible for the development of art projects, outreach and participating and/or assisting in art classes. As a board member, you will have the opportunity to improve your leadership and artistic skills. Board members will also receive a stipend at the completion of their term.
